Mark Ott — Founder, with the company since 1985. Mark co-founded Precise Connections and pioneered its growth from a single-line PCB shop into a full-service EMS provider.

Wes Basinger — Customer Service Manager. A Dallas native with a math degree from Dallas Baptist University, Wes first joined Precise as a student, working in inventory management, SMT, AOI, and selective solder. He later taught math and engineering at a charter school before returning to lead customer service. He's married with six children, including twins, and a son-in-law, and spends his free time on computer programming, building things, and watching Dallas Cowboys football. Fun fact: he played flag football in college — for the B team.

Angela Carey — Accounts Manager. Angela grew up in southern and central Mexico as the child of missionaries and brings more than 26 years of customer service experience across both private and public sector roles. She's married with two children. Fun fact: outside work she enjoys cooking with her family and teaching her cats tricks.

Scott Hulbert — Quality and Engineering Manager. Originally from California, Scott joined Precise in 1993 after earning a B.S. in Engineering Physics and a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of the Pacific. He led the company's test and quality departments early on and was instrumental in Precise achieving ISO 9001 certification in 1996, and remains focused on product quality and workplace culture. Fun fact: he served as a Rotary International ambassadorial scholar at Bristol University in the UK from 1989-1990 and traveled through nearly all of Europe, bringing back pieces of the Berlin Wall.

Jerry Thatcher — CFO / COO, with the company since 1999. Mark's son-in-law, Jerry led Precise through its second-generation transition and today oversees finance, operations, and continuous improvement. He holds an MBA from Taylor University, is married, and has four children. Fun fact: away from work he enjoys hiking and backpacking with his wife, and coaching his kids' sports teams.

Jonathan Ott — CEO. Mark's son, Jonathan's ties to Precise go back to his teenage years, when he worked in the stockroom and handled IT and SMT/oven-profiling tasks during high school. He later earned a Computer Engineering degree from Texas A&M University, worked at Hewlett-Packard, and returned to Precise in 2013. Today he leads company strategy, customer relationships, and business development. Fun fact: outside of work he enjoys home remodeling projects and spending time outdoors with his family.
