Component packages keep shrinking, part counts keep climbing, and board formats keep multiplying. Modern PCB assembly means staying capable across all of it at once, not specializing in just one process — so that's how we built the line.

Surface mount technology (SMT) does most of the heavy lifting on a contemporary board. Automated placement keeps cost and cycle time down, and because parts can sit on both faces of a board, you can cut a product's size and weight by up to 75% without losing function — plus get the tighter component spacing that high-speed or low-impedance circuits demand. Surface-mount packages also tend to run cheaper than their through-hole equivalents, which adds up fast at volume.

Whether your board is straight through-hole, straight SMT, or double-sided mixed technology, it runs through the same facility — with no-clean or aqueous-clean processing available in tin-lead or RoHS lead-free, depending on what your application needs.

Inspection & traceability

Every placement checked, every part accounted for.

Automated optical inspection runs after placement and reflow, and component traceability links each part back to the board it landed on.
